Reporting made easy. Connect to Open Country via HawkEye to share fertiliser sales data and save time.
You can now share your Ravensdown fertiliser sales with Open Country to automatically populate your end of year records.
Before you start, you'll need a HawkEye login and your Open Country Dairy supplier number handy. If you need a HawkEye login, call our support team on 0800 73 73 73 to get set up.
How to share your Ravensdown sales data
- Log in to HawkEye.
- From the main menu go to My Account > Add-ons/
- Select Open Country Dairy.
- Select Terms and Conditions to read Ravensdown's terms.
- Select Connect.
- Enter your supply number in the pop up box.
- Tick to agree to share your fertiliser sales with Open Country Dairy.
- Select Share data.
Once complete, your HawkEye account will show as connected. If you have multiple accounts, each account must be connected separately.
What happens with the data?
- Your connected farm(s) will be included in the data shared with Open Country Dairy from the following day.
- Fertiliser sales for the current reporting year (1st June to 31st May) will be shared.
- This included any invoices split by agreement using Ravendown's split order process.For example between a sharemilker and farm owner.
To complete the process, you must also log in to Open Country Dairy and confirm the data sharing by selecting the acceptance tick box.
Troubleshooting
My Data is not showing in Open Country Dairy
- If you connected today, data will not be available until tomorrow.
- Check your supplier number entered into HawkEye is correct on the add-on page.
- Make sure you have approved the data sharing in HawkEye and with Open Country.
- If the above is correct, call the HawkEye support team on 0800 73 73 73.
My data looks incorrect

If changes have been made to your purchases after the connection was set up, contact Open Country Dairy so they can refresh your records
