HawkEye Pro

HawkEye Pro takes your phosphate fertiliser recommendations to the next level.

How to Order

Selecting Areas

• Once logged in, navigate to Order > New Order.
• Select Plan. 
• All current plans for your farm will load.
• Select the HawkEye Pro plan that you would like to order from. These will have the Pro logo in the box.
• The HawkEye Pro plan will now load for ordering. Any previously ordered tonnage will show at the top of the page.
• Click Select areas to choose the areas you are ordering for from the map.
• Click on the paddocks you wish to order or choose Select all for all areas then select Finish. 
  Select all will choose all paddocks on the farm but only paddocks with recommendations will be included in the order.
• HawkEye will calculate the amount of product required based on the spreadable area and spread rate.

Logistics

• Click Go to logistics when you have finished with paddock selections.
• Choose your preferred Dispatch date. This date is a requested date and should be confirmed with your spreader and/or transporter.
• Enter an Order name and Reference if required.
• Select the Contact person for the order.
• Select the Store, Delivery address, Spreader, and Transporter.
• If you require the nitrogen content or product quantity to be split with another Ravensdown customer, tick Split payment.
• Select the relevant agreement for the split.
• Add any notes/instructions for the store or spreader.
• Click Next.

Order Summary

• Review the information in the order summary. You can also preview the order PDF.
• Select Edit or Back if you need to change your paddock selection or logistics information.
• When all information is correct, tick to accept the terms and conditions for spreading and Ravensdown,
• Click Place Order.
• Once the order is confirmed, you, your spreader, your transporter, and the chosen Ravensdown store will recieve a copy.
