Ordering Silo Fills from Mobile

How to create a Silo Order

• Select Order from the bottom left then + New Order or click the + then select New Order.
• Click the Silo icon.
• Select your silo location address.
• Select a fertiliser product from the drop-down list.
• Edit your tonnage if required. This will default to 12.5MT
• Tick Silo is empty if this applies.

Logistics

• Enter an Order name.
• Enter a Reference if required. This will show on your invoice.
• Update the Contact person if required. This will default to the user logged in.
• The Transporter will default based on your silo contract. For silos based north of Auckland, you will need to choose your transporter to be Williamson Contracting or Carters Bulk Haul. This will default for your next order.
• If you require the nitrogen content or product quantity to be split with another Ravensdown customer, tick Split payment. Select the relevant agreement for the split.
• Add any Notes/Special instructions that may be needed.
• Select Order now to go to the order summary page or Add to cart to save the order for later action.
• Review the information on the Summary screen. You can select Edit to change information in the order details or logistics prior to placing your order. 
• Tick to acknowledge Ravensdown’s Terms of Trade.
• Select Place Order to complete your silo fill order.

Silo orders will be delivered in 3-5 working days. If you have any queries about your silo delivery please contact the Ravensdown customer centre on 0800 100 123.

Your silo order information will show in the order menu on the mobile app and in the order status screen in HawkEye web.

Reordering a silo fill

You can reorder a previous silo fill from the order menu in the app.

• Select Order from the bottom left
• Select the silo order you wish to reorder
• Click Reorder at the bottom of the menu.
• Review the information on the summary screen. You can select edit to change information in the order details or logistics prior to placing your order.
• Tick to acknowledge Ravensdown's terms of trade.
• Select Place Order to complete your silo fill order.

Custom special mixes for silos

Custom fertiliser mixes are not available for order from the mobile app at this time due to the constraints on products and ratios allowed in the silo. If you wish to place a customer mix order, please contact our customer centre on 0800 100 123.
