What happens to my order when I enter it in HawkEye?

  • Your order will automatically be sent to your Spreader’s Online system ready for scheduling to the truck
  • Once the job is complete the proof of placement will be returned to your HawkEye Account

Do I need to own the farm to request integrated data?

  • Only Farm owners can request integrated data via HawkEye. 
  • If you DO NOT own the farm, you will need to provide written authorisation from the farm owner giving permission

Can I use any Spreader?

  • Spreaders must give permission for spreading data to flow from and to HawkEye
  • Spreaders currently must be using Tabula or Precision Farming.
  • If you cannot find your spreader in the list, please contact our service support team on 0800 73 73 73. 

What spread data am I able to receive?

  • Fertiliser application: both ground and aerial.
  • Agrochemical spray data. Note we cannot currently send maps for spray jobs from HawkEye.

When will my proof of placement appear in HawkEye?

  • Once the spreader has completed your job, it should be available in HawkEye within a couple of hours.
  • If your are missing spread information, please contact your spreader to confirm this been completed before contacting our support team for assistance. 

How accurate is the spread data?

  • We rely on spreaders entering correct information when completing the job.
  • Any questions pertaining to your spread data should be directed to your spreader in the first instance.

Does NPKS data come through?

  • Yes, if a Ravensdown single-line product was applied.
  • For non-Ravensdown products, only if the NPKS data has been provided by the spreader.

What does my product show NROP and a !

  • This indicates that we cannot recognise the product sent from the spreader.  Usually these are non Ravensdown products or special mixes that have not originated from a HawkEye order.  
  • You can update these spreads to the correct product following the instructions here

Why is my data slightly different in Tabula or Precision Farming?

  • Results may vary slightly between Tabula, Precision Farming and HawkEye due to any differences between the two maps.
  • Some of the calculations can differ due to rounding etc so figures may not align exactly. They should always be very close.
  • You may notice some variable rates. This is a truer representation of your spreading, rather than a single rate over the entire paddock.
  • If we cannot identify the product it will come through with the code NROP - OTHER PRODUCT and no NPKS data associated with it. You can update this data following the instructions here.

It looks like I have some duplicate spread activities

  • If you have entered manual events which are then superseded by integrated data, you will need to delete the manual events. Your nutrient data will be incorrect if they remain in HawkEye.
