Silo fill orders via mobile

We have included silo filling in our mobile app this winter. Its quick and easy, so have a look inside the HawkEye mobile app if that is something you have a need for. Note that no special mixes can be ordered via the app at the moment, if you have that requirement, please revert to your current ordering method.

Fertiliser activities on mobile

You can now record your fertiliser applications on the HawkEye Mobile app. Record on the go against your purchased products or choose from the full Ravensdown product list. You can even record offline and sync your information back at a later time. Read about how to create your fertiliser activities on mobile here.

November 2024

Order bulk product by mobile app

Our mobile app now has the ability to order just bulk product either against your agronomy plan, so you can keep an eye on product depletions, or order just straight tonnage if thats all you want.

N heat map additions

Customer feedback told us the N heat map would be more useful if scheduled spreads of fertiliser with N nutrients in them were able to be viewed. So we have now included that as a toggle so you can decide what you view. Have a look here to see how to use this function.

We have also added in the average of N over all of your farm paddocks, or just selected paddocks if you have a subset selected. This is shown at the bottom of the table on the left hand side of your screen.

Activities hover improvement

To make it clearer when interrogating returned proof of application data from your spreader, we have amended the hover information so it shows both the ordered rate of a fertiliser spread as well as the actual applied rate returned to us. These can vary for many reasons, so we wanted to ensure you have all the information available.

Order status refresh

We have added in more status flags into both the web and mobile app to make it even clearer what the status of your order is. For more information, visit the web page about this change.
